TIM LECHER

I launched my insurance career in 1999 by opening my first agency in Sidney, Nebraska. But it wasn’t long before I discovered that what really lit me up was coaching others to win. By 2005, I stepped into a national training role—and over the next 15 years, I personally coached more than 3,800 agents and 5,000 of their team members across the country to build strong, scalable, team-led agencies.

In 2020, I took everything I had been teaching and put it into action again—launching a new agency in Alliance, Nebraska, 90 miles from home. Using the same team-driven systems, I grew it from $1.6M to $10M in sales across three locations in just five years—all while leading remotely and spending time with my family traveling across the U.S. and Europe.

​Now, at The Climb 365, I teach agents how to lead from vision, empower their teams to sell with confidence, and scale businesses that deliver real protection—not just policies. Our coaching isn’t about theory. It’s about creating freedom, driving results, and building agencies that serve every area of your life—not just your bottom line.

ANNALISE WERNER

You could say I was raised in the insurance world. I grew up answering phones, chatting with customers, and trying to sell “doctor’s insurance” at age five after grabbing a health brochure off the office wall. In middle school, I was sitting at the table with agents during my dad's workshops soaking in the strategies and leadership skills that built great agencies.

After college, I set out to master the customer journey from the best in the industry—from first interaction to final close. I began at Disney, where I quickly rose to a trainer role, learning how to create intentional, client-first experiences. I then stepped into the corporate world, serving as an in-house partner at The Ritz-Carlton. I sold high-end experiences for executive conferences and incentive trips, where personalization and perfection were the standard. During my time there, I rose to the top leadership role in my division by age 24—closing and managing multi-million dollar programs, leading high-performing teams, driving results, and seeing firsthand how systems, mindset, and culture shape the growth of any business.

Today, as a 10X coach and co-leader of The Climb 365, I help agency owners implement the same team-led systems that shaped my own journey. I specialize in turning overwhelmed operators into confident leaders—so they can build agencies that serve with purpose, sell with clarity, and finally create the freedom they’ve been chasing since day one.​
