Your team will go from fearing objections to welcoming them. They'll connect with clients CONFIDENTLY, transforming concerns into conversations that lead to effortless deal closures.
Your information is safe with us, we never share!
The headache is when objections show up, most team-members immediately defend, explain, or push back.
Customers don’t feel heard — so tension rises and trust drops. What sounds like hesitation turns into resistance.
You’ll learn how to ACKNOWLEDGE objections as complaints, not threats — using simple affirming language that lowers defenses and keeps you in control of the conversation.
When the customer throws up an objection, your team automatically treats it as if it’s the real one.
Most objections are surface-level. If you handle the wrong one, the real barrier stays hidden — and the deal stalls anyway.
This step teaches your team how to validate whether the concern is genuine or just noise — by asking one curiosity-based question that exposes what’s actually holding the client back.
The biggest mistake that's made when trying to close is chasing multiple objections at once.
You end up solving problems that don’t exist while the real objection remains unspoken.
With the Objection Framework you’ll learn how to isolate the single true objection — because there is only ever ONE — and address it directly, confidently, and professionally.
Most deals don’t fall apart because of price.
They fall apart because the real objection was never identified.
Instead of clarity, conversations turn into explanations.
Instead of leadership, agents start reacting.
And the deal quietly slips away — not because the client said no, but because no one uncovered the one thing holding them back.
On a mountain, guessing your footing gets you hurt.
In sales, guessing the objection loses deals.
That’s why we built The Objection Framework as part of our multi-piece Climb Kit.
This isn’t about overcoming pushback or winning arguments.
It’s about having the right equipment when resistance shows up — so you and your team can slow the conversation down, remove the noise, and isolate what actually matters.
Because business isn’t climbed in one big move.
It’s climbed through small, intentional steps taken daily — with the right tools in hand.
The Objection Framework doesn’t promise the summit.
It gives you the structure to stop reacting and start leading — so clarity replaces confusion and decisions replace hesitation.
Use it consistently.
Use it with purpose.
And 365 days from now, you won’t look back and wonder where deals went.
You’ll know exactly why they closed.

I started my insurance career in 1999 in Sidney, Nebraska with my first agency, and by 2005 I had found my passion for coaching. Over the next 15 years I helped more than 3,800 State Farm agents and 5,000 of their team members nationwide build strong, team-led agencies.
In 2020, I launched my own agency in Alliance, Nebraska—90 miles from home—and grew it from $1.6M to $10M in sales across three locations in just five years, using the same team-driven approach I now teach at The Climb 365.
At The Climb 365, we train insurance teams to confidently lead client conversations and deliver real protection, not just policies. Running my agency remotely while traveling the U.S. and Europe, I help agents nationwide create freedom and success through the right systems and leadership.
