I didn’t learn entrepreneurship from a book—I lived it. My first business? A paper route at age 8, delivering 200 papers at night through the cold streets of Casper, Wyoming. That’s where I first learned the power of having the right tools, setting targets, and doing the work—#DTFW. Whether I was saving for a BMX bike or a go-kart, I always had a goal, a hand-drawn thermometer on the wall, and a relentless drive to figure it out.
That grit followed me through football at Chadron State College, where we went from a 1–8 freshman season to back-to-back national championship appearances my junior and senior years. It didn’t happen by accident. It happened because we built a team. We practiced. We focused. We fed the right mindset. Coach Noble taught us about the “Square of Excellence”—if you weren’t in the frame at the end of the play, you weren’t doing your job. That lesson still drives me.
At 30, I stepped into the insurance world as a State Farm agent with zero clue what I was doing—but I knew there had to be a better way. I started building systems that could be taught, replicated, and scaled by a team. That obsession led me to become the lead coach for the ADP (Agency Development Program), where I coached over 3,800 agents and 4,000 team members across the country. But eventually, the whispers started:
“Tim, you’re coaching theory. You haven’t been in the field in a decade.”
That’s when I decided to prove it. I went back into agency and rebuilt everything from the ground up. And here’s the truth: a lot of what I had coached wasn’t built for the real world. So I got in the trenches, took 6–8 customer appointments a day, and stress-tested every script, process, and conversation. What came out of that fire was a system that works—not just once, but consistently.
Today, I run a team-led agency that scaled from $1.6M to $10M in five years. Not because I’m special, but because we train daily, coach intentionally, and implement a 6-step method designed to scale your agency while keeping your faith, fitness, family, and finances aligned. Every team member in my office is trained to outperform the average agent. Our baseline? 25 autos and 8+ lives per month per team member. Some hit 15 life a month. And they do it with heart.
But here's the reality: AI is coming. Call centers are scaling. Corporations are investing billions to replace us. This isn’t a company issue. It’s an industry crisis. I believe we have a 5-year window to evolve—or be replaced.
That’s why I created our TC365 LIVE 3-Day Virtual Live Event—to teach agency owners exactly how we built our systems, step-by-step. From Purpose to Process, from Power Proposal to Persuasion, to Potential and long-term Progression.
It’s field-tested. It’s proven. And it’s working.
If you’re ready to stop chasing leads and start building a legacy—join us.
There’s no pause in expansion.
Let’s go.
You got this.
